I have worked in the Service Business long enough to know your business model and sudden deadlines. Our clients appreciate forwarding their numerous media advertising representatives to us. I know their language and have been able to build relationships with them. They get what they need, when they need it and you and your co-workers are free to run your business. I enjoy building long-term relationships with loyal clients, helping them build and train their staff and to grow their customer base.

Katie Musser: I manage the Branding. I identify whether it is in the Touch Points or Media Module. As a master graphic and web designer, I can create a visual message that communicates. I'll work to ensure that all images, messages, and colors are clear and consistent. I manage media and media representatives - with a specialty in Yellow Pages - to keep them working for you. I really enjoy keeping projects on track and communicating messages through great graphic and web design.

Molly Cahill: I am the friendly voice of RedClick and our client's inbound call center. I also bring personal touches to our large marketing projects like newsletter mailings. We spend the time to add a hand written address to each item in the mailing, demonstrating our commitment to creating the best best impression on your customers.
Mallory Baugham: I am an intern form Elizabethtown High School. I am Katie's right hand girl, helping her track yellow page ads and ad codes, backing up graphic design data, compiling mailing lists, check proofs and websites. I excel at organizing the graphics department.

Mackenzie Snader:I handle many of the customer service aspects of our in-bound call centers. For our clients who entrust us with their scheduling, I ensure that customers have a friendly and professional experience with every call. I also collect crucial marketing information, like lead sources, with every call. I also assist Katie with graphic design projects.
Nicole Groff: I joined RedClick Marketing as an intern and quickly learned how much organization is needed to keep a busy marketing office running. I now work behind-the-scenes, completing the day-today task that keep our company operating efficiently.
