Main Street Marketing, was founded by Jill Reed in 1993 after realizing a need existed for true marketing help for the local “main street” businesses. RedClick Marketing came about in 1999 to provide their clients with two tracks of services: 1) whole-company marketing and 2) database design.

RedClick Marketing has a registered Trainer and Developer for FileMaker Pro database software on staff and has provided training to companies such as RR Donnelly, AKA Group Consulting for Fannie Mae, Rainbows End Youth Center, Train Collectors of America, SECCO Inc., Donnelly’s Plumbing and Heating, Tru-Comfort, and Bollinger.

RedClick Marketing’s main focus is working with companies whose customers are home owners.

On Site Marketing Implementation – The best way for us to feel the vision and culture of a company is to work in the office among the other team players. This gives us the insights necessary to ensure consistency and stability in any marketing program. We have access to coworkers and data unavailable off site. Here we implement marketing related procedures and programs that can be maintained by your staff.

Off Site Marketing and Media Management – Because many of our resources are in our office, we can keep momentum by conducting media meetings and accomplishing many of the Marketing Management tasks in our office. We generate reports and watch the details so that the marketing programs stay on track.

Graphic Design – We have designers to handle the deadline demands of printers, media production departments, and desktop publishing edits. We also rely on several talented freelance artists when the need arises.

Web Design – We are able to design and maintain websites for our clients.

Custom Database Development – There are an infinite number of possible applications for databases to be used for customer-focused and segmented marketing. We can create ways for you to market to your customers using the information you already have. The more targeted you get with their marketing, the more efficient and less costly it becomes.

Turnkey Marketing Databases – We are always creating turnkey databases to make marketing to your customers more efficient. We take these databases, tweak them a little for your office, and you receive a disk. Many of these don’t need any additional software to use.

FileMaker Pro 7 or 8 Training – On the second Wednesday of every month we conduct FileMaker Pro classes. These will be focused on the software, and not necessarily particular solutions. We specialize in small class sizes and customizing the training to your needs.

Red Shoe Seminars – We hold seminars occasionally in order to provide our marketing expertise to others.

Customer Service Training – Marketing is directly tied to customer service, and RedClick Marketing ensures that calls that come into your office are always handled consistently, professionally, and efficiently.
